Project details
North Harbour reimagines one of North Vancouver’s shorelines as a vibrant mixed-use waterfront community. Drift was the first building released within the master plan and would ultimately define how the broader development was introduced to the market.
I led the project from naming through brand development, shaping a clear and distinctive identity rooted in the experience of waterfront living. As the inaugural release, the strategy needed to establish credibility, aspiration, and a strong visual foundation for everything that would follow.
That foundation extended across logo development, a feature brochure, presentation centre design, advertising campaigns, extensive on-site signage, and a website designed to expand alongside future phases. Each element contributed to a cohesive presence that positioned North Harbour as a premier waterfront address from day one.
Drift became the benchmark for the community’s visual language and marketing direction, setting a standard that continues to guide the evolution of North Harbour.
