Tapestry Victoria is a senior living community centered on a holistic approach to wellness, guided by seven key dimensions that support residents in staying active, engaged, and connected. At its heart is a strong sense of community and dedicated staff committed to resident wellbeing.
Working within the established brand, I led the design of a comprehensive website that initially supported sales and leasing while evolving into a platform for ongoing programming and services.
The user experience was carefully structured to serve two key audiences: seniors exploring a vibrant new chapter, and families seeking reassurance and clarity. Clear navigation, thoughtful content hierarchy, and approachable language helped communicate lifestyle and amenities while providing confidence in the level of care and support available.
The result is a welcoming and intuitive digital experience that supports informed decisions and reflects the integrity of the community.
