Project details

The Penthouse at Tesoro in Vancouver’s False Creek is a full-floor residence defined by privacy, scale, and uninterrupted 360-degree views spanning False Creek, downtown Vancouver, and the North Shore mountains. Positioned above the city, it offers a rare and commanding perspective reserved for a singular address.

To reflect the exclusivity of the property, the marketing required a presence beyond conventional real estate collateral. I conceived and led the development of a bespoke brochure that became the centerpiece of the penthouse campaign, overseeing every detail from concept through final production.


Printed with champagne metallic accents and housed within a custom-crafted leather presentation box, the piece was designed to feel substantial and deliberate in hand. The art direction emphasized light, horizon, and the residence’s relationship to the waterfront, reinforcing a sense of elevation and place throughout the publication.


The result is a composed and elevated presentation that mirrors the residence itself: refined, intentional, and uncompromising in its execution.
