Project details

Vancouver Harbour Centre is a landmark destination in the heart of downtown Vancouver, serving as a high-traffic hub for a diverse mix of office tenants, retail services, and a prominent food court. Its unique positioning requires a brand language that can speak to both daily commuters and weekend visitors, creating a sense of arrival within a dense urban environment. I developed a series of high-visibility summer campaigns designed to energize the property’s physical spaces while driving renewed engagement with its culinary and retail offerings.

In 2020, the strategy centered on a bold reopening campaign built around the concept of “Every Day.” To signal reliability and renewed momentum during a pivotal transition, I developed a minimal colour system using layered overlays and direct, declarative messaging. This graphic clarity reasserted Harbour Centre as an active, welcoming destination, carrying a consistent energy from street-level windows to the interior atrium.

The earlier 2019 #OneStopVancouver campaign leaned into expressive storytelling, using a vibrant series of hand-drawn illustrations and neon colours to highlight signature dishes and defining business details. This maximalist visual language wrapped the exterior and interior in large-scale vinyl, murals, and digital displays, creating a cohesive and lively environment that unified the food court, retail, and the Vancouver Lookout.
